At EQP! We take your privacy seriously. If you decide to request a quote for services, EQP! will require you to submit certain kinds of non-public, sensitive business information in order to process your request for quotation. We keep absolutely private any personal information that you may share with us while placing your request or using our website. We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose your business name or any other information about your business with any third parties, except as permitted by law.
EQP! collects information through our website’s quotation form. Through that form, we collect information we receive from you. We only collect information necessary for the quotation process. EQP! will collect information regarding your agency including your name, location, financial and revenue information, information technology information, and accounting services desired.
EQP! protects your information by restricting access to it to only those employees who need the information to provide you with a quote. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public sensitive business information. Online information is stored by the EQP! website host. EQP! will retain the submitted quotation form for any quote that is accepted and results in contracted services. Quotation forms that do not result in contracted services will be deleted within 12 months of submission date.
Submitting a quote form, or ‘contact request’, does not create nor does it guarantee a contracted relationship with EQP!
